Hey, 👋 I'm thinking of starting a Youtube Series. I'll interview founders of Startups and discuss their journey 🚀- I'll most likely focus on SaaS.
Any founders who would like to get involved? + Would you watch this?
Honestly, no. I'm already information overloaded. Unless you had: a lot of momentum; some really unique insights or angle to draw things out of the founders; ability to attract well known founders.
Don't let that stop you though if your heart is in it.
Podcasts doing similar things:
“How I built it”
“Entrepreneur stories”
“Indie hackers”
“Entrepreneurs on fire”
“Startup school radio”
“Mixergy - startup stories”
“This week in startups”
“The twenty minute VC”
“Y combinator”
“The official Saastr podcast”
“Startups for the rest of us”
..and a few more that cover things like FBA (yeah, I listen and read too much)
Hey Noah 👋,
How about a YouTube Series that simply discusses and portraits failures and fuck ups?
Success stories sound great but give a false image to those looking to start a business. I'd rather be learning from mistakes being made, so you can avoid them in the future. I would definitely tune it to that type of content.
Good luck.
This is an awesome idea :) You're right success stories are great but they do give a false image to those looking to start a business.
If it is an interview format, I don't find that video adds a lot to the experience compared to audio. With audio interviews I can listening while in transit, walking to the office, taking a bus, in the car, exercising, etc. For me at least, I spend enough time locked into a screen while working on my projects.
Hi Noah👋,
3 years ago, I have interviewed more than 100 founders in BayArea. That's such an amazing experience for me still now :)

If you focused on SaaS, SaaStr(https://www.saastrannual.com/) will be helpful for you. Let me know when I have something to help you.
