#landing-page-feedback

Hello IH, I need your help!

I'm launching a new product called the Intelligent Assistant for Twitter. It's an AI tool that monitors your Twitter followers for you, and suggests relevant content that you can tweet back to them as a reply.

I've put together a landing page but I really need some feedback! Is our value proposition clear? Have I provided enough information that would make you comfortable to sign up for a free trial? What questions do you still have after seeing this page? Anything that feels 'off'?

If you can spare a few minutes, I'd really appreciate any and all comments and feedback!

The link is: https://www.primal.com/assistant/

Thanks so much!

Follower counts are important but since your tool seems geared towards making it easier for me to tweet engaging tweets, I thought impressions would be a better near-term metric. Twitter followers are super hard to get. Saying that can help me double my impressions sounds much more believable (and at same time, of value to me) than saying you can double my followers (I’ve 4K after 4+ years of active tweeting.)

This is a great point re: impressions. Appreciate the insight!

    Great job Sarah!

    • Your value proposition is clear
    • There are enough informations to make me comfortable signing up. Maybe some product screenshots/mockups would help to convince even more.
    • No more questions left after seeing the page, but I might not be part of the audience for this product, though.
      🤞

Just wanted to say if this were available, you’d have a customer!

    Some thoughts...

    1. Can you tie this in with some metrics? Twitter has an analytics page. Chances are, they ppl who are looking at solutions like this care about their metrics to judge progress.

    2. Have you considered a headline like “Double your Tweet Impressions”. Slightly sensational but it gets my attention and also not outside the realm of what your tool should be able to deliver over time (day 3-6 months.) It also provides you with a clear North Star about what your customers are trying to achieve.

Hey - thanks so much for having a look! We actually have soft launched this product if you want to give it a try (the CTA buttons work!)

I would love to claim we can double your Tweet impressions! So far we don't have 3-6 months worth of data to prove that, but I will dig into the metrics a bit more. Are impressions the key metric for you? Or would follower count be more compelling?

      Thanks again!

Hi Sarah. Happy to have a look. Here are my comments as I look at the page for the first time.

    1. "Engage smartly with your Twitter followers, at scale" Mhm. That sounds like it might be interesting, but I feel like it's still missing a bit more oomph in terms of benefits. The term "engage" might be interesting to some customers, but I would explore other possibilities, like "grow", "increase", "build" your following. Engagement is a means to that end more than the other way around, at least from what I understand about your product. ("Engagement" would be more interesting for, e.g. a community manager than for someone who wants to generate traffic).

    2. The video is nice and seems to summarize what you do, but it is a bit too abstract for me to understand exactly what's happening in that short a time. I would consider adding a section to the landing page that outlines exactly what the workflow looks like for the user, with images from the product potentially ("here's a list of potential tweets you can engage with, and here are the tweets we've automatically generated for you to post, here's how to post/schedule them").

    3. "The Intelligent Assistant by Primal actively monitors your Twitter followers and looks for opportunities to send them meaningful content. When one of your followers posts a tweet that matches your brand’s interests, the Intelligent Assistant will source a relevant article and reply to your follower automatically, or hold it in queue for you to review and post." Yep, so, given what I said in 2), I would turn that paragraph, which is too long as a subheadline, into a "How it works" section.

    4. The list of benefits is fine, but leads me to prolong some of my earlier comments: you might want to have another section for each vertical/role you're serving. Community managers vs. social media marketers vs. others (support?). They're looking for different benefits, and they'll probably like to see how your product caters to their particular needs.

    5. "How the Intelligent Assistant for Twitter works" here I think you're going a bit too deep under the hood, or doing it too early. Remember that the tech you're using is completely irrelevant if people are not sold on the benefits of your product. You have room to improve on that before you get into the more technical stuff, and it's questionable whether it even belongs on the front page.

    6. Pricing table is all right, but could use a bit of a design touch-up.

    7. So far, your page lacks proof. You'll need to find numbers or testimonials that illustrate the efficiency of your product: effects on follower count, number of tweet "opportunities" found for users, success stories, etc.

    Hope that helps. :)

David, thank you so much, this is really valuable feedback! Really appreciate the detailed comments.

Looks really clean and nicely designed.

I found the video autoplay slightly annoying (not the video itself, that's great), so why not give users the options to play the video.

You could, for example, add a secondary call to action next to "Get Started" that says Watch Video. Make it an outlined button only so it's different from the primary action you want users to take, e.g. get started.

Interesting product. Is it ready to launch?

Thank you! It sounds like I should remove autoplay from the video and let page visitors decide if they'd like to watch it. I appreciate this feedback!

We have soft launched this product now and the free trial link works if you want to try it out!

    Is our value proposition clear?

    Yes

Have I provided enough information that would make you comfortable to sign up for a free trial?

    Yes

What questions do you still have after seeing this page?

How well it works in practice, but I will have to try it to find out.

And who designed this? It's one of the best looking and informative landing pages I have ever seen.

    Anything that feels 'off'?

The audio on the automatically repeating video gets annoying fast. Maybe turn off auto repeat, or turn off the audio after the first run?

All in all an excellent page. Congratulations!

Thank you so much for taking a look and for your comments! I'll adjust the video audio settings, that's a great point.

This page was designed by Aubs & Mugg in Toronto, ON. :)

If you have a chance to try out the product, would love any feedback you have there too.

      Thanks again!!
