Medium for newsletters. What do you guys think?
There are so many newsletters that our inboxes are full and we don't get time to read what we want.
A solution could be an app where you can, like Netflix, see all the content available and read at your leisure.
What do you guys think?
I use https://stoop.email for this. I think they have a model where newsletter owners can pay to be promoted in their directory.
The biggest downside is getting it into my habits. I am in my email often but sometimes I forget to check Stoop for like a week and then I'm overwhelmed by all of the stuff that built up.
On the biz side, this is a steep climb since its still an ad play basically, so you need to be either big or extremely targeted. But it's a cool idea, even if it's not a good business.
I like Stoop.email's design, but their integration with a crypto backend to manage incentives seems bonkers.
Their mobile app is well designed and calls the webpages themselves.
Disagree on the business model. Doesn't have to ad supported. I am moving towards a medium like bundled paywall for all content
Seems useful. Even more simple than that I’d love to be able to push the links from email newsletters I receive into a Twitter-like stream. I spent a short time trying to hack something together like that using parser.zapier.com but parsing some of the more html rich emails proved to be a problem. As a potential customer, this is certainly something I’d pay a small amount per month for.
