60 days of SEO work. Here's what actually moved the needle vs what wasted my time.

I work with early-stage SaaS founders on SEO and GEO. I document everything.

Here is the honest breakdown after 60 days across 3 clients:

What moved the needle:

  • Long-tail problem-focused blog posts (not product-feature posts)

  • Consistent Reddit answers in buyer-heavy subreddits

  • Internal linking between blog posts and feature pages

  • Fixing page titles to match search intent, not brand language

What wasted time:

  • Guest posting on generic marketing blogs

  • Building directory backlinks

  • Writing "ultimate guide" posts targeting broad keywords

  • Social sharing without a Reddit or community angle

One client went from zero organic traffic to 1,800 monthly sessions. Another got a demo booked from a ChatGPT recommendation.

I am building this in public. Ask me anything about what worked or what failed.
