If you use Stripe Atlas to register your business in the US, I believe you'll have the option to open a Bank account with Silicon Valley Bank and obtain a debit card.

Getting a credit card might be a little bit tricky without a SSN.

Thanks @AndrewLeonardi but after speaking with sales, I need to have 100k in a regular US account and have investors and a bunch of other requirements!
