01: EPIC
Design, build and deploy a small web app which helps small business owners and start-ups to respond to support queries.
02: YESTERDAY
Applied finishing touches to design. Set up Webpack config, started on HTML and SCSS, came across a few issues with the file loader module (file paths not configured properly, need to investigate before moving forward).
03: TODAY
Figure out issue with file loader so I can manage assets as cleanly as possible. Then continue building out the HTML page and styling it. All being well I want to be done by end of day and move onto the JS tomorrow.
Good first steps! What language are you using? node.js? php?
Thanks! Mostly JavaScript ES6 and a Node.js server for local development.
(Grinning) So I've gathered from your earlier response that you're not building the next Front. Is this something that would work in browser and pre-fill a suggested response?
Yes, it will be in the browser and free to use. How it works: the user selects a handful of options about their customer interaction (first email? brand tone? etc) and suggested email structure/wording renders on the page. Users should naturally adjust and omit elements according to their specific context, but it's intended as a best-practice customer support guide for business owners.

Out of interest, what's your process to find influencers?

I'm hitting up several sites related to fashion, including the usual suspect - IG. For the moment, my pitch is highly ineffective as I've nothing tangible to show. But it's basically an ask to re-post their a selected piece of content and answer some questions about said content in exchange for a nod to their social media currency of choice + contributing to the greater good.
Once the first batch is posted and I can show rather than describe the vision, hopefully it'll be an easier sell. (And one I can automate!)

Well, not an exchange really. (Laughing) My currency isn't currently worth much. Likely the reason my conversion rate is so low. But until I have data, I'm betting that'll improve as my social standing improves.
