67K impressions in 2 days from a single Daily-Dev post — here's what happened

Two days ago, I posted about TourKit on daily.dev for the first time.

Today:
→ 67,300 total impressions
→ 11,100 unique developers reached
→ Zero paid promotion
→ Still 0 paying customers 😅

TourKit is a product tour SDK I've been building solo for 3 months.

One script tag. Dashboard-controlled tours. AI generates your entire tour automatically.
$19/month vs Intercom's $500+.

What I learned from this:

daily.dev is criminally underrated for developer tool distribution.

Every impression is a real developer. No bots. No random traffic.
Just developers browsing their feed.

I posted once. Went to sleep.
Woke up to 17K impressions.
Checked again. 41K.
Now 67K.

All organic. All developers.

The post wasn't even my best content — it was a straightforward product overview explaining what TourKit does and why I built it.

No tricks. Just honest writing about a real problem.

Still need my first paying customer though.
If you're building a SaaS and need user onboarding — I'd love for you to try it 🙏

That’s a really interesting result. I hadn’t come across Daily Dev before, but I’m going to explore it. The difference between the reach and the number of paying customers is especially useful context. Thanks for sharing.

That's wild reach for a single post. What made you decide to go deep on that particular topic vs. your usual content mix?

The interesting signal is that distribution worked but the business outcome didn't move yet.

What would convince you that the bottleneck is conversion after exposure, rather than that the audience reached through daily.dev isn't the right buyer segment for TourKit?
