    Thanks for this thread, it was a great reminder to stay focused on now and that it’s okay to do things that don’t scale.

    Nice thread. Point 3 is definitely the hardest but most important one when it comes to boostrapped startups, imho.

      For sure, it is tough :).

      However, I have found that learning across a variety of functions has given a lot of depth to my general decision making because I am able to understand the possible consequences of my actions much better.

      So, absolutely encourage anyone (maybe even funded startup founders) to learn execution-based things across a variety of functions.
