Plus, providing useful information demonstrates your knowledge and earns users' trust.
Which questions should you answer ?
Use these methods to identify the information your potential customers are seeking:
Ask your customer facing team members, including sales and customer service reps.
Mine your incoming prospect and customer inquiries. Review emails, social media contacts and calls for common questions or objections.
Analyze feedback from in-person and online events, and your online reviews.
Evaluate your knowledge hub and user guides. Are there opportunities to convert some of these chapters into quick Q&As?
Look at search engine’s “also asked” and suggested search data for queries related to your products or services. What do people want to know?
Pay attention to the questions being asked on general and industry forums. What’s trending on Quora, Reddit, and Discord?
Use tools such as Answer the Public, Also Asked, BuzzSumo or Keywords Everywhere to surface fresh questions related to your niche.
