We started Shadowing.ai to solve problems for series A to large corporates. We are working with our 1st client and creating features based on requirements - priorities set by us. On the side, we decided to do little experiments.
These little experiments were the marketing strategies applied to get applicants signups. We had to try different things - social media, content and what not. We thought to receive okay response because who signs up to one more platform just to apply for the job when LinkedIn, Indeed and so many other companies are already there - spending millions to attract all job seekers.
But our message was very clear. Why applying for job directly and you can shadow an employee to understand interview process, culture and team values? The number of signups suggests that the message is liked by many.
We are doing more experiments this week and next to get more signups and companies on board. Let's see how it turns out next week.
