$700+ in free ad credits - 6 ad platforms that offer coupons

If you wanted to give ads a shot but were afraid of losing money, you can use the coupons below and test them with basically 0 risk.

Note: all offers apply only for newly created accounts.

  • Google Ads: (US only, Google will match the amount you spend up to $150) link (non-referral)
  • LinkedIn Ads: ($100 ad credit) link (non-referral)
  • Snap Ads: (US, CA only, $100 ad credit) link (this is some random Neil Patel's referral link but I couldn't find another one)
  • Bing Ads: (€250 ad credit for 25€ spent) link or referral link (that gets you 2 extra credits for other deals from joinsecret.com)
  • Purple Ads: (spend $15 get $15; code: HA8742AD19ZX) link (non-referral)
  • Perfect Audience: (no code needed) ($100 ad credit) link (non-referral)

Let me know if there are any other ad channels that offer ad coupons and I'll add them to the list!

And if you'd like to start running ads but don't know which channel is right for you, comment with your product and I'll try to help ;)

Thank you for sharing! I'm writing a semi-technical book and would be interested in getting your thoughts on ad channels.

If you want to use ads to target makers, you should test Twitter and Reddit (and Perfect Audience from the list above for retargeting). They allow for better targeting for your audience and you can start with bids as low as $0.1-0.2

Hi @kacper, let me know what channels you think I should be using.

Also, I appreciate the list you've provided, I'm currently getting my marketing plan in place

From the list above: Google (UAC - app install ads) and Snap. Plus FB & IG but I haven't come across any ad coupons from them.

Bonus tip: you can double or triple your desktop conversions by replacing app store buttons with a text to install tool like e.g. linktexting.com

Thank you for your insight, I'll look into linktexting.com

I'm UK based so I'm not sure how many of the ink above are going to be valid for me, but I shall check.

I don't think paid acquisition would make sense for a free Chrome extension. Unless you have enough funding and/or a proper monetization strategy in place.
