Hey IH folks 👋
I launched Simpleformapp.com recently — it’s a lightweight alternative to Jotform + Airtable to capture and manage leads without the pricing bloat.
Since launch, we’ve had 77 unique visitors, but only 1 signup.
I know that’s early-stage traffic, but I’d really appreciate any honest feedback on:
Landing page messaging
Signup flow
Anything confusing, missing, or off-putting
The idea is simple:
✅ Build forms
✅ Track submissions in a table
✅ Skip expensive SaaS bundles
Would love a fresh set of eyes on this. Brutal honesty welcome 🙏
Thanks in advance!
Hey! Congrats on the launch of wix partner — sounds like a really useful tool. Can i checked out your landing page, and here are some honest thoughts from a worker's perspective.
What works: The concept is simple and easy to understand, which is great! It’s clear you’re offering an affordable, no-frills alternative to Jotform + Airtable.
What could be clearer:
Maybe try adding a bit more detail on why someone should choose Simpleform. For example, do you offer faster setup, more customization options, or other perks that make you stand out from the competition? It would be great to see a clearer "What makes us better" section.
Also, consider breaking down the features a little more. For instance, what can users do with their form submissions? How does the table work in practice? Some visuals or examples would help.
What’s good: The sign-up flow is pretty standard, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It’s simple and gets the job done.
What could be improved:
Immediate value: It might help if the signup page offered more of an incentive, like a free trial or an instant demo. People might be hesitant to sign up without testing out the product first.
Clarity on what's free or paid: If there are limitations on the free version, make those obvious during sign-up to avoid confusion later.
Missing:
Pricing info: I didn’t see any direct reference to pricing. It's always a good idea to have that visible, even if you just show that it's affordable compared to others.
More on integrations: If the tool connects with other apps, I’d want to see that called out somewhere. For example, can I export my form data to Google Sheets, or use Zapier to connect with other services? These types of features can be huge selling points.
Off-putting: Honestly, the design is minimal, which works for a lot of people. But a little more contrast in the CTA buttons and some more social proof (like testimonials or case studies) would help build trust.
Final Thoughts
You’re in a competitive space, but I think there’s a strong foundation here. Focus on making it easy for people to see the value upfront and offering them a taste of the product before they commit. Also, a bit of design polish and more specific information around integrations and pricing could make a big difference.
Hope that helps, and best of luck! Let me know if you want any more feedback!
7 days later But we did it.
Thanks so much again for the feedback — I took it seriously and made updates this week.
✅ I added a “Why Choose Us” section to make our value clearer
✅ Broke down features so it’s easier to see what you can actually do
✅ Clarified pricing — it’s free to get started, no hidden costs
I’m still early in the journey, but these changes came directly from feedback like yours. Appreciate you taking the time to share — really helped sharpen the product.
If you get a chance, would love your thoughts on the updates!
