After a long time trying to improve our cold calling team, we found out that per week we were wasting around 1,5 hour per one agent to dial just a number.
We have 10 agents and in total were wasting 10,50 hours.
Finally, develop our cloud version of click to call (dial ) button which saves us almost 10 hours and brings more results.
