What are you working on today?

What are you working on today?
Currently deciding what to work on for https://versoly.com/.
We have had a few people sign up without any marketing done which is great.
Need to decide between focusing on getting paid users for the current version, or coding more features that users are asking for.
At the moment the product is great for pre launch/post launch SaaS companies. But for larger SaaS companies it needs a few more features.
If anyone has any advice that would be wonderful.
Paid users win. Focus on revenue and gaining traction first.
Thanks for the advice :).
Similar questions I had for @AlexP
Did you get chance to check the product out?
Do you think it is ready to be sold?
#1 - Not yet. Will do
#2 - Any project is ready and it's not ready to be sold, at the same time. It depends on so many factors
I suggest you to focus on getting paid users, and get some reviews of your product. Which the languages has been used to build it?
Thanks for the response, means a lot. Did you check out the product? Do you think it is in a state to start selling? We released it mainly because we wanted feedback. However the product worked great for building our site. Now we're stuck on what to do next.
The project was built with React/Redux on frontend with Golang/PostgreSQL on backend hosted on AWS.
I'm thinking https://hasura.io/ might have been cool to build the backend in, as it would allow us to easily create real-time page editor so you could use it with a coworker.
Briefly, I did. Make sure everything working well and start focusing on sales. Leave the developing for a while, and get some real feedback from buyers. Maybe by creating a little popup questioning, a survey to know what users want to see in the future. Focusing on what users need much better than wasting time on developing uninterested features for them.
Finishing up some of the onboarding material and course content for the Sales For Founders course, which launches on Monday!
Awesome!
Created the landing page for a free website health check by https://257fixes.com . Looking into generating more leads.
A bit late (one day) but yesterday I finished a new signup process for my web app (https://gearoffer.com). Last week I realized - after reviewing some analytics - that buying a product on our site for a new user was extremely difficult. It took one guy 11 page views and 2 searches to be able to make a purchase.
This was embarrassingly bad and should have been obvious. Live and learn.
I spent a week making our sign up and purchase process super easy. Instead of 11 page views, it's now down to 2. I combined account creation, Stripe customer creation and login all into one form. Hoping this has an impact on conversions. Time will tell.
I've worked a lot on my app lately (collabdapp.com). But while I'm working on it, I need people to know as much as they can about the upcoming product. So I just launched a one-pager lately, built with GatsbyJS. Right now I'm working on the email template for the communications that will be sent to the people who registered to the beta phase. No small jobs! 😄
Just wrapped up posting / formatting another content piece on my side project https://saasgenius.io/ . Should probably go to bed since it's almost 1 am here.
Currently working on https://tutstack.io and trying to figure out the best pricing model for it: one-time payment or subscriptions.
trying to figure out product market fit for my VPN service: https://www.tunnelhero.com
I can see a partnership with you one day.
Great man let’s catchup flick me an email on andrei@kubebuild.com
Right now, I'm doing marketing for my MVP. Have you spent some money on marketing?
Not quite yet still trying to find my audience, I have a few users from hacker news posts etc, but want to get to 10-20 users before I spend on marketing
Nice - best of luck :)
