#Microconf2019 Thread - Who's Going?

AND... What brings you there (aka what's your project?)

It would be cool to meet up with some fellow IndieHackers!

I'll be going to the Starter edition on Wednesday but arriving early Monday to relax, work, and network.

Here are some additional resources from @mijustin that I picked up from last years thread:

Looking forward to it and I'll see you in the comments!

If you're at the stage where you really need to make a connection with someone in a particular area to get their influencer power then I guess it makes sense. Otherwise for the price and travel costs I think most of the content and such you can figure out or read online

They can't even be bothered to put any details of the conference on their website. Ex: https://www.microconf.com/blog/sessions/microconf-day-1/

    So, no.

Yeah. This is something I’ve been frustrated with. I’ve listened to most of the speakers before and without a clearer understanding of what I will actually get from attending it’s hard to justify 1,000

Not me! The prices are multiple months of my rent.

Maybe I'll go as a speaker in a future year. 😆
