Yesterday I finished editing next week's IH podcast episode with Jason Cohen, and I finished building out the hello-world page that lets you see new IHers as they join. Today I'm going to try to book a bunch of people for AMAs and office hours among other things.

Improvements on Full-Stack Developer Job Board https://fullstackjob.com:

    • Country Server/Front-Routes for UX and SEO
    • Working on Board Engine

Improve my "company" page https://altafino.co.uk with goal to find enough work Tasks or Remote Job to leave actual day job (Head of Software Development in Telco Software Provider) and get back to be entrepreneur after 8 years employee.

If you know something, ping me please ;-)

I finished an app I have been working on for last one month with a friend. Fun fact, the other friend is also "Kushagra" :)
It's a developer game/competition. We are launching in a few days and you can follow this thread to stay updated -> https://twitter.com/chinchang457/status/1110100258292449280?s=20

Man, I've been on the same problem for the last two weeks. I decided to build a like system instead of using a plug in. That way I can extend the features, however i wish. It has not been easy.

Wrote my first accountability & feedback eMail to two friends 🎉This will be a quick update on my side project every two weeks.

my project: provide AI-powered highlight clips for video games
status: product at MVP status. trying to find (paying) alpha customers
    recent progress:
✅ Allow fast-iterations in training the AI
My scripts are now using fast.ai v1 to easily iterate on the model as soon as I have more data.
New model is not yet in production, as it's based on the same data.
✅ Reach out to ~2k Instagram followers
Sent DM with simple project presentation plus ask if idea sounds interesting
✅ Add human step to validate clips before sending out to user
Allows me to keep high quality and stay in control what is being sent out to user.
This means product workflow is not 100% automated anymore.
✅ Upgrade analysis pipeline for faster processing if user submits demo video

(shoot me a message if you want to receive my update every two weeks and hold me accountable :)

I open sourced the base functionality of my web scraping anonymising framework Slither on GitHub with the hope of adding functionality and eventually a paid, hosted version of it's sister package Watchman (meant to keep crawler bots out). Code for Slither can be found on GitHub here: https://github.com/kaelscion/slither

      cool!
You should maybe have a newsletter (maybe with some hand-crafted general best of remote job + some cool remote info) for folks who is not ready to subscribe now but generally interested in remote work.

We have finally launched the product, checkout https://remoteleaf.com. There is a screenshot which gives you an idea on what it's going to contain.

I'm working on my side project DevDash, a dashboard for developers in the terminal.

For now you can pull data from Google Analytics / Google Search Console in tables or bar graphics in the terminal which automatically refresh everything on a precise period of time you can configure.

Actually you can configure everything you want via a config file: place of the widgets, size, color, data filters, metrics and so on.

Great stuff! One thing is that the website has a lot of formatting issues when looking at it on mobile. Otherwise I love the idea!

However, I feel like "Just send an email to me, then we can decide together." is not very donation friendly ;)
