Looking for a long term Collaborator

We are looking for a programming developer to join us on a new project through a long-term collaborative partnership. Experience is not a major factor. We welcome anyone with basic programming knowledge and English proficiency!

Requirements:

Able to communicate in English

Beginner level programming experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Passion for learning and a team spirit

Value for collaboration and an active willingness to share ideas

Currently looking for a job, or seeking a higher salary even if already employed

    What kind of projects will we be working on?
    What is the payment structure (hourly/fixed/revenue share)?
    Will there be a formal contract in place?
