Where are you located? I would be interested if you are using React and Python.
Hi, I’m a full-stack developer with 14+ years of experience in JavaScript, Python, React, and Node.js. I enjoy working in collaborative teams and continuously learning new skills. I’m interested in your long-term project and would love to contribute and grow with your team.
Hi,
I am a laravel developer, I also know javascript and some react . I have passion for learnings.
I have worked on finical application, custom solutions, etc in the past. I want to help startups to grow. I have worked with some of startups. one mistake that most founder makes is build too much too early. I guess, they don't know what is enough.
I have seen people building full systems every early on. when they don't have any customers.
Good day Janet from PentraSec, please kindly check your email.
Hey Janet đź‘‹
This sounds like a great opportunity, especially for beginners looking to grow through collaboration.
I’m currently working on a small web project as well — a Bangla text conversion tool (https://banglaconvertertool.com/) — where I’m focused on improving usability and performance.
I’d love to collaborate, learn, and contribute if the project aligns. Let me know what kind of project you’re building 👍
Hi, I’m Connell, an independent bug bounty hunter and founder of PentraSec, a boutique web application security service focused on identifying real vulnerabilities in live applications before they can be exploited.
Through hands-on testing, I help businesses uncover issues such as broken access controls, exposed endpoints, authentication flaws, API weaknesses, and hidden attack surfaces that automated scanners often miss.
Unlike large crowdsourced platforms, PentraSec offers a more focused and personalized approach—testing only your in-scope applications with deeper attention to real-world exploit paths.
This allows your team to stay focused on building while I help identify security gaps that could impact user trust, sensitive data, and business operations.
If securing your application is a priority, I’d be happy to discuss how I can help test your platform before attackers do.
Outstanding and good work keep sharing
This is exactly the kind of honest breakdown the community needs. The specifics make this actionable for others in the same situation.
hello janet please check your mail
This is a solid approach for finding early collaborators — especially keeping the bar low on experience and focusing more on communication and willingness to build. The biggest success factor here will probably be filtering for consistency and commitment early, rather than technical skill alone.
If this is part of a larger project you’re trying to validate, it might also help to test how many serious collaborators you can actually convert from posts like this. There’s a competition where you can submit it — entry is $19 and winner gets a Tokyo trip. Prize pool just opened at $0. Your odds are the best right now.
If you're working on something new, this could help đź‘€
$19 entry → idea competition
🏆 Tokyo trip
đź’° $500 guaranteed

Hi Janet, I’m very interested in this opportunity. I have programming experience and I’m passionate about learning, collaborating, and contributing to long term projects. I’d love to learn more about the project and how I can be part of the team. Looking forward to connecting!
I’m ready to join you
This is interesting, finding the right collaborator is always harder than it looks. I’ve actually been exploring something around how people connect based on mindset and goals early on. How are you currently filtering for the right fit?

kinda vague tbh… “long term collaboration” usually means low or no pay upfront lol, not saying it’s bad but people will ask straight away what the compensation is, equity, revenue share, or actual salary, also what exactly is the project, stack, timeline, otherwise you’ll mostly get beginners just trying anything, if you want decent people you gotta be clearer on what they’re getting and what they’re building
Hi Janet, thanks for sharing this opportunity.
I have more than 17+ years experience in development. I’m interested in learning more about the collaboration.

"Janet, it's refreshing to see a search for a 'long-term pioneer' rather than just a quick gig worker. Since you're looking to build something truly collaborative from the ground up, there’s a competition where you can submit your vision — entry is $19 and winner gets a Tokyo trip. Prize pool just opened at $0. Your odds are the best right now. Winning a trip like that together would be an incredible way to kick off a new partnership!"
Hi Janet, thanks for sharing this opportunity.
I’m interested in learning more about the collaboration. Could you please provide a few more details about the project and your team?
What is the company name and website?
What kind of projects will we be working on?
What is the payment structure (hourly/fixed/revenue share)?
Will there be a formal contract in place?
Are we working through a platform or directly?
Also, just to clarify, I’m only open to collaborations that follow platform rules and do not involve account sharing.
Looking forward to your response.
I'm very interested in working with you. I just sent you an email with more details—please check your inbox.
I would be glad to explore the opportunity to work with you. We can connect via email at [email protected]
Additionally, could you please share your LinkedIn profile?
I look forward to discussing this further.
For Sure Janet. Check your mail
