Can we have a block button, to get spam out of our feeds?

I usually check 'Newest' every day, and there are always a few new fake accounts posting obvious spam - presumably accounts Courtland hasn't had time to ban yet.

If I hover over those accounts, there's a 'follow' button - how about adding a 'block' button, too?
