8-Step Guide to HR for Startups

Having fun creating graphics and doing copy-checking for our HR Guide for Startups, in collab with Jono Harris (Customer Success Ranger @ Hi5)!

The idea of this guide was sparked by feedback from various customers over the years, and our personal experiences at an HRtech startup. CEO's and Founders tend to carry a lot of administrative weight in the first few years of their startup as they try to juggle product + people + scaling the business. They kind of hire an HR function as a last resort, when it should really form part of their journey from the start.

In this guide we share some insights (we have lots!) and ideas to unburden Founders and show them the power of employing an HR function - HR professionals and/or HRtech.
