$897/MRR in 48 hours offering fabulous managed websites 🎉

I launched a bland version of https://Forever.so a week ago with a goal - to gather feedback and niche down.
It was an "Unlimited Webflow development" agency.
I've started with the r/SideProject Subreddit (I've got a few votes, a single comment, and two DM's).
Also, I've launched on Facebook in two groups.
Now, while I did not make any sales, I've got valuable feedback - and one recurring theme - people were looking for only single website creation and management.
Bingo - it's not only niche but something I like to do (fiddle with websites, optimize, build them).
I've changed the offer, contacted previously interested people, and launched a thread on r/EntrepreneurRideAlong, where I've got over 50 (!) upvotes.
Within 12 hours, I've got the first paying customer altogether. Within 48 hours, 3 (!) customers signed up.
Discounted pricing helped a lot, but also more niche offer - instead of being a jack of all trades, I've focused on building, managing, and optimizing wonderful websites. This way, I could lower the pricing and streamline the process.
A weekly sprint system is a dream come true management-wise :)
I'll continue promoting it on Facebook this weekend, and fingers crossed, I'll sell my last discounted plan!
Next week will be busy fulfilling all the tasks - but good busy!
I need 6 active subscriptions to do this full-time (4 discounted and 2 regular) - my goal is to reach that within 2 weeks.
It's ambitious, but then again, I've some people thinking about signing up - they'll let me know next week :)
