Hello. Is it possible to get an API to send sms? At the moment, only single messages can be sent on the smsprivacy website. I would like to send several messages at once. If it is possible ?

As said by @charleskiarie, Twilio is your to go option in this case

It depends a lot on the country you're sending from or to. There are others like infobip, Routes ms and clickatell. I ran a bulk sms service for years so had to deal with most of these.

Googling "SMS api" will return dozens of options for you to pick from. Personally, I've used Twilio, SignalWire, and AWS's product (I believe it's called SNS, but it's been several years since I have)

I have had a bad experience with Twilio. There customer support sucks in the free tier. Also Indian numbers have a problem with Twilio in the case of lots of transactional sms.

I've encountered similar issues sending to India numbers with Twilio, but my understanding is that's because of that country's regulations more than it is the service

Yes. We have moved out of Twilio for our Indian users. Messagebird is another provided who could be considered.
