We just announced a new feature to CodeFund called Jobs. CodeFund Jobs utilizes our existing publisher network of developer websites to show open positions to highly qualified passive candidates... visiting sites related to the skills you're looking to find.

The ad revenue for these job posts is shared with the owners/maintainers of the projects we display the ads on. In essence, our job board is also helping fund open source and contributors to the open source ecosystem.
