Looking for one stalled async B2B decision

I’m testing a simple structure this week for why async B2B decisions stall right before commitment.

Most “stuck” decisions keep reopening for the same 3 reasons:

  • Ownership is assumed
  • Expiry is unclear
  • Thresholds are undefined

If you have one real decision that keeps reopening, DM me with:

  • What decision is blocked
  • Who owns the decision
  • What would make it irreversible (the threshold)

If it’s a fit, I’ll reply with a one-page structure you can test immediately.

    Quick heads-up.

If a decision keeps reopening, it usually points to unclear ownership or no clear deadline.

If helpful, I can tighten one outbound message so the owner and boundary are explicit.
