I love Google flights, I have been using that alot since it was introduced. I have Google Fi, so I travel with my phone alot. I don't use many travel apps though. Unless you count Airbnb, Uber/Lyft, and etc.
I know for me, I need to make the most of my time. I like the idea of free riding it (on a theoretical level), but do think some pre-work can make all of the difference.
