9 months solo building a manufacturing SaaS — roast my landing page and product

I've been building ShiftArmor solo for about 9 months. It replaces the disconnected tools manufacturers use to manage scheduling, time tracking, safety, training, and OSHA compliance — all in one platform.

Stack: Next.js + TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS ECS, Cognito auth. Solo dev, no co-founder, no funding.

Where I'm at:

Product is live and functional (scheduling, time clocks, incident tracking, risk scoring, OSHA report generation, training matrix, leave management)

Running cold outbound to midwest manufacturers via Smartlead — getting opens but very few replies

Zero paying customers

Pricing: $499–$1,999/mo depending on tier

What I'm struggling with:

Cold email copy isn't converting. I've A/B tested compliance-focused vs. pain-point-focused angles — still early on results

Not sure if the landing page communicates value quickly enough, or if it's trying to say too much

Pricing feels right for the value but I have no market validation yet

What I'd love feedback on:

Landing page (www.shiftarmor.net) — does it make sense in 10 seconds? Is it clear what this does and who it's for?

Positioning — am I trying to be too many things at once (scheduling + safety + compliance)?

Pricing — would you balk at $499/mo for a 50-person plant? Too high for an unknown vendor?

Anything that screams "this person doesn't know what they're doing"

I'm not looking for "looks great!" — I genuinely want to know what's off. Rip it apart.
