Okay here we go:
and keep them in the loop.'
But I'd add a line underneath that tells me plainly what your product is.
That way it goes like this:
Benefit
Description of what the product is
Call to action
Take 'blog' and 'help docs' off your main nav, they're not needed and it will increase conversions.
After your main header intro, I'd add a header that introduces me to your product features, something like:
'Our product feature / here's what we can do for you'

Thanks for all the help Craig, this is great. I've made a couple updates so far based on your suggestions, but still have a bit more work to do. I updated the main tagline, and added a description below it. I also updated the main nav to simplify it.

I feel like your tagline could do a better job of describing what the product actually does, or how its better than all the other products which allow me to keep my customers engaged :)
Yeah agree here. Its a pretty site but the main product title needs some lovin. "Engaging customers..." It seems a bit generalized, which leads me to believe you're selling an intercom like chat service. I personally have been looking for an faq type site for customers, although its up my alley it didn't really grab me.
I like the idea of what your doing, but just need to work through messaging a bit more. Keep at it! :)

Also, you mentioned your in the market for something like this? What specifically are you looking for or need to do? I've been using Wrkflows on my actually job's app (this is a side project) and we've found the changelog feature really helpful. As a developer anytime I make a change I publish a quick snippet about the bug I fixed, or how I changed some feature a little bit with a screenshot. Our users have been loving it so far.
Looks great, very easy to understand what the product does. The only thing I didn't like was the waving hand emoji. I think replacing this with a custom illustration or perhaps just the company logo could work to make the site feel more professional. This is just my opinion though.

Great landing page. It's very polished. Once I scrolled down it became clear as to what the product is. I think "Keep your customers engaged and in the loop." might be a more clear tag line, or something along those lines. I think tightening up the hero section will go a long way.
Also, I would move your latest three blog posts to the home page at the bottom. That will give a sense that you know a lot about the topic, other than just creating a product.
Minor tweak, make the example images clickable.

Thanks! I checked out all tech use. I like what you're going for with tech reviews. It wasn't totally clear that's what it was at first though. The site still looks like a blog too, you could update it a bit to be more branded, add a landing page, etc... Check out https://userbly.com/ too, I found it helpful to see a good example of a landing page.
