Dear IH!
I'm having a dilemma right now. I have two options to establish a new company. They are Stripe Atlas or Estonia e-Residency.
Do you have any experience with both of them?
I have a 50% discount for Stripe Atlas (from YC Startup School). Which one would you recommend?
If I choose Stripe Atlas, I will create an LLC entity, not a C corporation. My business doesn't generate revenue yet. Do you have any advice? Is LLC a good option?

I've incorporated in Estonia and the UK. I have to say that the Estonian system is so much easier to work with it's not even funny.
I happen to be an Estonian citizen so I don't have experience with the e-residency program.

I'm about to do the same, I'm a bit confused
being thinking the same question for tradeplan.io but in my case, i have Singapore as one more option I am comparing.
You said u want to be LLC cause you don't generate revenue but the aim of the startup is to change that and make some revenue, so will you change it later to C-Corp? Plus what I know is investors Insist C-Corp Delaware to invest.
Stripe Atlas says it is easy and flexible to convert to C-Corp. So, I think LLC can be a good option for the starter.

Yes, I'm looking for a technical co-founder but I would like to know your skills.
Been around start-ups for 6 years, started at paddle.com at 6 people to grow out the sales team alongside the co-founder, the team is now at 150 people.
I ended up training the entire sales team and developed the lead generation role. Then shifted focus and moved into digital marketing team using various techniques to increase social followings and in turn generate more business!
