99 users acquired. Don't know where to go
Hi I'm Farhan, Third year computer science student.
Less than a month ago I launched a product and I already have 99 users(all on the 30days trial period).
I don't know where to go. I just realized SaaS has so many moving parts and I'm unable to keep up.
Maintaining the platform(website) - mostly done
Setting up email and communicating with users - poor
Marketing or promoting the platform - poor
and a lot I'm not doing.
Stuck on how to turn these free trial hunters into paid users after their trial

Don't know which one to manage at the moment.
As a growth hacker, I would advise you to create an automated prioritization framework on Notion.
For every idea, give a score of 1-10 in Ease (How much do I need to learn to do it myself?), Time (How much running time before I think I will see the impact?), Cost (What is the price of outsourcing vs. learning?), and Impact (Would this move me closer to my end goal?).
Then brain fart, every idea you can come up with, do this once a week because if you are alone, you don't have enough time to execute everything.
This would take care of the stress because an empty mind isn't distracted by possibility.
Then execute, try to find a co-partner, outsource, or find a FREE intern.

Yes, you need to talk to them, both to prioritize feature development/design and also marketing. Try targeting your marketing efforts to ppl who are most like your most satisfied customers. FInd out where they live on the internet / social media and market to them there.

If they are happy, everything is cool, you need to find more :)
If not, ask what is missing and give it higher priority
