Thanks man. Yes Robin and I run a shared FB Group just for Productized Services. I appreciate your recommendations.

Any business books you can think of that are most applicable to Productized Services?

Hah! Well that’s a little embarrassing- I’d better wipe the egg 🍳 off my face 🤦‍♂️.

Actually no, I don’t know of any to be honest. I think maybe it’s an unusual (and underrated/appreciated) business model for many people. 🤷‍♂️

I can recommend 'Built to Sell' by John Warrillow.

It's not a perfect match for productized service topic, but:

The topic comes wrapped in an easy to digest and entertaining story with a focus on agency work, but I find if you replace 'agency' with 'freelancer' it's fine, though. Also the bottom line was not only "sell the business" as one option, the outcome was pretty much also: 'once you have built such a business, you might just want to keep it' :-)

Besides that, not a book but I really enjoy listening to http://productizepodcast.com/ and find that a major source of information as well as motivation for my productization initiatives.
