I'm not a fitness pro by any means but I am pretty sure you will find several on instagram

Yeah, I was about to say Instagram too. They're a tight community, and you can browse the comments to find more accounts.
Another quick way to have access to professionals is to go through gyms (which may or may not be possible for you) but they have the rolodex you're after.
With that being said, if your goal is to offer them a service I'd try to meet them in person at a gym or popular bootcamp place. Might allow you to iterate quickly on your pitch before going online. You might also learn from them about the best places where you can find others like them.
