Main thing you have learned from your IH journey?

I thought it would be interesting to hear from all of you: What is the main thing you have learned starting a business as an Indie Hacker? Hopefully there will be some good take aways for all of us.

Mine: As an indie hacker you really have to be strategic with what kind of business you choose. It has to be something that one person can manage in a small enough niche that other big companies won't be able to just gobble up but at the same time something that you can make good money from. Its a hard balance!
