I'm a self employed full stack developer.

Mostly hourly consulting although I'm working on turning a product made for a client some time ago into a SaaS so I do receive income from that as well, but it's fixed per month.

I was fortunate to land on my feet after my last real 9-5 salaried job and get some gigs right out of the gate. Short version of the story is that the company that I worked for went through bankruptcy and that ended up presenting me with the opportunity to try and start my first SaaS which ended up failing upwards into a client contract and I've been doing consulting ever since while still trying to work on side projects as much as I can.
