Hi everyone! The first cohort of the Ship in 30 challenge is coming to an end this week. It's been a super fun ride of accountability and collaboration. The next cohort will be starting on May 20th and there's still room to register for it.
It's a challenge to build and ship your project within 30 days. Whether you're working on an existing project or are thinking of spinning up a new one, the goal is to have it ready to launch within 30 days.
Accountability: we meet for a 1 hr co-working power every day & report our progress during our async stand ups. Everyone gets to know each other's products so we can keep each other accountable & encouraged. Feedback is that this has been by far the biggest driver of progress.
Marketing support - we take time to post on Twitter regularly, help each other stay accountable on the marketing front, and get visibility to ultimately land that first customer.
Collaboration - we give each other feedback and help regarding copy, design, tech issues, etc.
Most of us do too! We reserve one hour a day to work on our projects, called the Co-Working Power Hour. Standups are async and collaboration happens when we can sneak onto Slack.
Some projects can't be finished in 30 days and that's okay. Think of this as a turbo boost to help you get as much progress under your belt as possible within a 30 day period.
