A better designed coldcard or opendime

Anyone working on beautifying coldcard or opendime? There was an indiehacker who did something similar on USB sticks

I think that Opendime is a beautiful little thingy. Coldcard is cool, but UX is bad. Buttons are hard, flows are tiresome. It definitely could be better… but I also like how it looks!

It's a niche product for nerds and the design should be nerdy.

Hey! I made my own implementation of hardware wallet by an air-gapped device approach that one can put together themselves.

Would you be interested to take a look at its design & UX to give me your opinion/feedback? If so, I can reach out to you on Twitter once its ready to take a look at (in a week or so).

Given your design chops, would there be a market for something that looks like a credit card but was a wallet?

There were a couple of wallets like this already. I can recall CoolWallet as an example. In that business, it's better to stick with solutions that are well tested and supported for years. I think people should avoid novelty and be more conservative when it comes to crypto wallets. That makes things harder for new devices.

I'm planning a brand new one, and will post about it here.. Looking for partners!

People are gonna lean towards security & UX as opposed to aesthetics in crypto niche. What is it that you are trying to explore?
