Launch Nest LN brings new SaaS products, AI tools, startups, developer tools, and indie projects together in one place.
Iβd genuinely love your feedback β whatβs the biggest challenge you face when launching a new product?
Finding the right audience is probably the hardest part for me. Building the product is one thing, but getting it in front of people who actually need it can be much harder. A platform like Launch Nest could make that first step a lot easier.
The biggest challenge for me is getting the product in front of the right people. Building and validating the product can be easier than figuring out where the people who actually need it spend their time. Iβm still learning how to approach distribution without just chasing views, so Iβm interested to hear what has worked for others.
Honestly the biggest challenge for me right now is just getting the idea in front of people who actually have the problem, rather than a general audience who'll vote/comment based on interest rather than lived pain. I've been trying to validate something over the past few days and most of the friction has been finding the right pockets of people (not building anything yet) - everywhere I've tried to post reasonably has its own gatekeeping (karma requirements, contribution requirements, etc.) which makes sense to prevent spam, but it does slow down honest early validation. Curious how Launch Nest handles matching a launch to the right audience rather than just a general "new tools" crowd - feels like that's the actual hard problem, not visibility itself.
