Every CRM tools are very expensive and complex for small and medium businesses. So, I want to create a chrome extension which will integrate with social chatting apps like whatsApp and Facebook Messenger which will connect businesses with customers using chatbots, smart replies, broadcasting, customizable notification and chat setting, CRM integration with zapier, zoho, zendesk with clean and simple ui to automate tasks.How is my idea.
