One of my more idiotic mistakes I've made is spending too much time on logo design.
I would run a design contest or higher a designer. All before doing any real work on the product.
It's like I was addicted to the thought of starting a business without actually working on the fundamentals of the business (product/customer development).
I will do that no more! I spent one minute designing a logo in the following video.
