We're three weeks into having Andrew full-time on the codebase. The pace is remarkable. More importantly, the architecture reviews we run every week tell us the speed isn't creating technical debt we'll pay for later. He's building it right, and he's building it fast.

Our first set of comparison pages went live on getskoolit.com today — starting with Cozi and Skylight. If you're a parent searching for a better alternative to the family calendar app you're using, we want to show up with a real, honest comparison. Not FUD. Not manipulation. A clear-eyed look at what each product does well and where Skoolit is the better fit. We published that today.

PRD v1.6.2 is locked.

Seven more product decisions formally closed out in the spec today — including some important ones around data handling, notification behavior, and the co-parent linking feature. The spec is as complete as it's going to be before we start iterating with real users.
