A different type of service based startup. Squad Perks PRO

I've begun my first venture into entrepreneurship with an idea for a platform that aims to offer gamers a way to basically pay for time slots and have "pro" players join them in games for either coaching and assistance improving skill in-game, paid services to acquire loot or rank that they do not have the time to grind themselves, or just to get carried in games.

The market is there already as so many players pay for coaching or carrying but these ayers performing these services lack a platform that they can be promoted on, or a sense of structure. Thats where I come in. Offering marketing, a platform, and a structured Discord server where I manage schedules and match players with pros for their appropriate games. All for around 20-30% commission for each transaction.

Some competitors would be Legion Farm, Guardian Services, Fiverr, Gamer Sensei.

All of these have their own pitfalls and I aim to address the ones that seem to hurt user interaction the most.

I decided to start with this venture because I already have friends and associates that either already offer services like this but lack marketing and volume. I also used to manage an esports team that toured the southeast for competitions so I know the value in the video game industry as a whole.

My biggest concerns with this is when starting out, recruiting a large enough pool of pros to manage a 'round-the-clock' availability in the US, across a broad list of genres, focusing mostly on popular FPS games that have a HUGE competitive scene, as well as popular fighting games and MMO games that also have a competitive scene.

Anyone with experience in anything similar. I would quite appreciate any pointers to get things rolling faster, as I am currently in the structuring and recruiting phase, all criticism is welcome and encouraged, thank you.
