A different way to think of AI Agents (Meet your AI Employee)

I've spent the last few years chasing a single idea:

What if AI could actually work for you instead of simply responding to prompts?

That question led me down a path of building products, each solving a different piece of the puzzle.

I spent about a year building an AI coaching platform, where I learned that people don't just want answers. They want AI that understands context, remembers, and evolves alongside them over time.

Then I spent nearly two years building an AI voice platform. That taught me something completely different: AI becomes far more valuable when it can integrate with the tools people already use, operate in the background, and execute long-running tasks instead of waiting for the next prompt.

Neither product was the final destination.

Together, they shaped the foundation for what I'm building today: Sistava.

Sistava combines everything I've learned into a single platform where you can hire AI employees that don't just chat. They collaborate, use your existing software, execute work across multiple steps, run in the background, and continue making progress while you focus on something else.

I'm not trying to build another AI tool that's tied to today's models or interfaces. Those will keep changing. Instead, I'm building around a concept I believe will outlast them all: an AI workforce that grows more capable as the technology evolves.

The models will change. The interfaces will change. The capabilities will improve.

But I believe the future isn't using AI as software.

It's working alongside AI employees.
