If it's an emerging platform, building a service or app around the platform might not yield the best results if people are just starting to use it and haven't found many problems yet, so there's much less for you to solve.
But this is still a good framework!
I'm actually doing something similar with Evoke. We host open source AI models on the cloud accessible through API for devs making AI apps, and releasing a stable diffusion API is what made us go into this market in the first place haha
Definitely hard balancing demand in a less saturated market vs competition in a more saturated market.
Why low competition? Are you afraid of competition?
