A great moment after 2 years of hard work
It's been 2 years since I came up with the idea of having my own startup. Today, with @gregrog and Matt Wierzbicki, we are launching Zencal to the world 🤯 On this occasion, here's a small list of lessons I've learned...
👉 In building a startup, people and relationships are the most important. This way, you can gain traction and feedback from early users in the early stages.
👉 Good products take time.
👉 You can't avoid mistakes, accept it and learn how to put out fires.
👉 Before you start selling, make sure the product provides value to users.
👉 UX is crucial.
👉 Taking care of brand awareness every day is a game-changer.

i'm working on an app to help freelancers/agencies complete various tasks on their phones..
