A guest post sent us 15 visitors on day one
We published a guest post on TechBullion, it was indexed in an hour and already sent us 15 visitors
As part of our SEO efforts, we started publising guest posts on several popular platforms. The first one was TechBullion. The post was indexed by Google within about an hour, and to our surprise, it has sent around 15 visitors to our site in the last 12 hours (this is not google traffic, just from the post).
I'll post an update if the traffic continues to flow in after a few days.
Has anyone else tried paid guest posts? Did they bring real users, or mostly just backlinks?

1This is actually a good example of why I think third-party content can be valuable even when the article isn't directly promoting the product. The bigger asset is having something external that talks about the product in the context of a problem your potential customers are already researching. I’m working on a similar model with YTC, except I take it a step further: actually research and test the product, then publish an independent assessment that the company can also use as an external reference.a few seconds ago Reply
