A “key values” like job platform for side hustles that pays in equity

Hey everyone,

Lately, I’ve been working on a few side projects that get people excited enough to ask about joining and are willing to get paid initially in equity or profit sharing since it’s not their main gig.

Is there a set place you could offer up project specs and talent needs around ideas your incredibly passionate about that would allow people who share that passion or your values to invest their side-hustle energy (time/effort/skillset) into??

The idea being here that depending on what’s needed and what you can offer you could invest your energy into multiple micro-projects, grab some equity and make a return from that investment much like you would investing your money into stock market.
