Hi everyone,
I'm currently in the middle of a "soft launch" for Plexdo, a task manager I've been building to bridge the gap between simple to-do lists and heavy project management tools.
The Windows version is live, and I'm looking for early feedback while I finalize the Android release.
The "Why":
I wanted a tool that feels native to the desktop but stays perfectly in sync with mobile.
Key Features (Windows):
Desktop Widget: A "sticky-note" style window that shows today's tasks directly on your desktop. It supports adjustable transparency and "always on top" mode.
Real-time Collaboration: You can share lists with others via email, and all edits sync instantly.
Infrastructure: Built using Google Cloud (Firestore) for real-time synchronization.
Privacy First: No analytics, no tracking, and it works offline.
Current Status & Tech Stack:
Windows: Available now. Features a system tray integration and native toast notifications.
Android: In the final stages, scheduled for release in Q2 2026.
Tech: I’m using Go for the core logic and Firebase for the backend.
The Ask:
I’m specifically looking for feedback on the Windows desktop widget experience. Does it feel lightweight enough? How is the sync speed for those of you testing it across multiple PCs?

Thanks for your time!
