A newsletter to discover newsletters. Would you subscribe?
Hey there!
I'm struggling a bit to grow my two side projects, which are newsletter-based, and I started thinking... I would perhaps pay to have an issue of my newsletter delivered to people that are not my subscribers but that might be interested in discovering newsletters on specific topics.
This is how I came up with the idea to create a newsletter that would basically feature other newsletters. Subscribers would be able to select their preferred topics and periodically receive newsletter issues that could potentially be appealing to them.
What do you think? Would you subscribe to such a newsletter?

As a newsletter addict, I think it would be useful. I’d subscribe if I could get just the things that interest me.
If I were going to do this, I’d start with a growing trend where lots of newsletters are popping up. Don’t try and cover all topics as you’ll never launch or it will be too much work. Prove it for one topic and expand from there.
Someone below mentioned no-code. I can see a weekly email of latest no-code newsletters and short review of why you might want to subscribe to them.
Obviously needs to be a subject that interests you.

I think it's a great piece of advice to focus on one specific topic first, I hadn't considered that and I will definitely take it into account if I finally decide to try to put this idea into practice. I'm interested in a variant of this concept. I frequently search for newsletters and online communities for my product or customer area. By online communities, I mean facebook groups, subreddits, discord servers, slack spaces, quora topics, forums like IndieHackers, etc. I subscribe in order to follow my industry, identify potential customers, and find influencers with whom I can partner. If your service were able to aggregate that content directly for my industry and enable me to search and filter, that would be interesting.

This is very meta, but I would be on board, especially if these would be small/medium size website/people with specific niches. I would love to have some quality newsletters to subscribe to, but problem is that they are really difficult to find. The ones that I am currently subscribed are found by accident. Having one place to check new and upcoming sites and their newsletters would be amazing!
Hello Benas! Not sure about what you mean by "meta" but I'm very glad you like the idea! That's it, the idea would be showcasing emerging newsletters that might not be very known yet but with a lot of potential. Do you imagine it more like a website though? Or the newsletter format would work for you as well?
Sorry for the confusion. By saying "meta" I meant to point out that it's going to be "a newsletter about newsletters." I do think it's a good idea, as I don't see email going anywhere anytime soon, and with the rise of "paid newsletters," there are even more opportunities here. Regarding format, I don't know. I also thought about that idea now that everyone is starting a newsletter. I would rather subscribe to one with lots of tiny newsletters focusing on a niche rather tan subscribing to 10s (I am subscribing to a lot of no-code ones)

One question though, when you mention that you would prefer one newsletter with lots of tiny newsletters, you mean that every email from that newsletter should include content from all those tiny newsletters, or you would just like to receive those tiny newsletters separately?
It's just a personal opinion, but it would be great that it had links to other newsletters. So instead of having 10 mails a week from 10 newsletters, have only one with links to all those in case I want to read them
