I don't mean to be negative but, I don't think this is a good idea, because there are already products like this in the market. Also SQL is already a very easy language to learn in comparison to other programming languages like C, C++, Java, etc. I am not sure if it's necessary to make it even easier (imo).
Alternative Suggestion
Personally I'd be interested in additional features to products like SQLizer. Maybe a tool that makes creating spreadsheets easier?
Anyways good luck with your project.

I am still in the idea stage.
No problem and for my alternative suggestion was basically looking into SQLizer's product . Then attempt to improve it by offering an additional feature of some kind.
