A people search engine - Roast my product

As a founder, you constantly face new challenges that you haven't solved before.

You have a network - some stronger than others - plus there are so so many other bright minds on social platforms just like Indie Hackers or LinkedIn that could help.

But how do you find the person that can give you the advice, insights, or maybe even hands-on support you're looking for in a specific situation?

These social platforms fail in providing you with the tools to effectively do so. The discoverability is extremely limited.

That's changing with Purpose Match - your people search engine.

Starting out as a browser extension, Purpose Match is your layer on top of existing social platforms. This layer enables you to spot the right people in seconds: https://your.purpose.app/?utm_source=indie+hackers&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=PurposeMatchWaitlistIndieHackersPostIdeasGroup

You give a simple input, we do the data magic and deliver matching profiles.

So what do you think? Can't wait for your brutally honest feedback! :)

This is a nice idea. Please don't put bitly links. That can impact the amount of people who actually open your website.

Thanks! Why do you think it's a nice idea? :)

I love the concept of your platform, as it can be very challenging to find someone who can provide quality advice in a particular area. One thing that I believe is crucial is to have some evidence that the person offering advice is truly knowledgeable in the relevant field, whether it's through feedback from other users or proof of his experience.

I did run into an issue when I tried to request early access, as I received an error message saying 'Something went wrong. Please try again.' It would be great if you could look into this and resolve it, so that others don't run into the same problem. Overall, I'm excited about the potential of your platform and can't wait to see it in action, I think it will be really useful for startuppers!
