A platform for book reviews, but only about indie hacking, entrepreneurship, startups.
It's been in my head for some time, and now I want to create it.
It would be a platform exclusivley dedicated to reading and publishing reviews about books on the subject I mentioned, maybe also about articles.
So, people like us (indie hackers, entrepreneurs), who also like to read, and who also would like to recommend good reading material and connect with the community, would be the target of this platform.
I know I would use it, how about you?

First of all, I have been looking for any sort of existing similar soultions and this is one, so thanks.
Main differences would be that the platform would present the reviews in a more organized manner, right now I have in mind sorting them on the main page by number of upvotes, by 'latest', and maybe a different section by most reviewed and best reviewd books.
So, a section centered around recommending reviews and another one centered around recommending books based on the reviews on the platform.
Also, I believe I could create a better reading experience, and the posts would be sorted by categories, not just thrown together.
And, later on, I plan to give it a few social media like features, such as following or subscribing, creating personalized lists (to read later for example), and publishing those lists, like publishing a Notion page as a website.

Are you asking whether we'd use it, or whether we'd pay to use it?
Building critical mass for products that depend on community building is always difficult. Doing this with a relatively small community is likely harder still.
If you think you can create a better experience than that of existing review platforms, maybe you should expand the scope? E.g. start with the communities you mentioned, use that experience to iron out the kinks, then add many more communities and categories?
